INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR(for TMMF Made) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE PRE-CRASH SAFETY 2ND CITY COVER (w/ Toyota Safety Sense)

  2. REMOVE PRE-CRASH SAFETY CITY COVER (w/ Toyota Safety Sense)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/o Toyota Safety Sense)


    1. A01UZMD

      Disengage the 2 claws to slide the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

    2. A01UYEW

      Disengage the 6 claws to remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.

  4. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/ EC Mirror)


    1. w/ Toyota Safety Sense:


      1. A01V25G

        Disengage the clamp.

      2. Disconnect the connector.

      3. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw.

      4. A01UZ1L

        Remove the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

    2. w/o Toyota Safety Sense:


      1. A01V061

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw and inner rear view mirror assembly.

  5. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/o EC Mirror)


    1. w/ Toyota Safety Sense:


      1. A01UZ2D

        Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw.

      2. A01V0I4

        Remove the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

    2. w/o Toyota Safety Sense:


      1. A01V1SF

        Slide the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration while pulling down the claw to remove the inner rear view mirror assembly.
