BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made)

      *1 No. 3 Engine Wire
      *2 Battery Current Sensor Assembly

      Connect the connector.

    2. Pass the No. 3 engine wire through the hole in the battery current sensor.

    3. Use the nut to install both the battery current sensor and the terminal to the battery.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for TMMF Made)

      *2 Battery Current Sensor Assembly

      Engage the clamp and connect the connector.

    2. Pass the engine wire through the hole in the battery current sensor.

    3. Install the battery current sensor with the nut.

      Torque:
      7.6 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 67 in.*lbf }

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
