GENERATOR(for TMMF Made except Cold Area Specification Vehicles) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL GENERATOR WITH CLUTCH PULLEY


    1. Mount the generator assembly in a vise between aluminum plates.

      *1 T50 "TORX" Socket Wrench

      Install SST and a T50 "TORX" socket wrench to the pulley as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01VL6QE02

      *a Hold
      *b Turn

      Hold SST in place, and rotate the T50 "TORX" socket wrench counterclockwise to tighten the generator with clutch pulley.

      Torque:
      79 N*m  { 800 kgf*cm, 58 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL GENERATOR PULLEY CAP


    1. Install a new generator pulley cap onto the generator clutch pulley.
