GENERATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VH2CE01

      Install the generator assembly to the engine mounting bracket RH and generator bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      54 N*m  { 551 kgf*cm, 40 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt Length
      Bolt Length mm (in.)
      A 50 (1.97)
      B 80 (3.15) or 90 (3.54)

    2. Install the wire harness to the terminal B with the nut.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the 2 connectors and 2 clamps.

    4. Install the terminal cap.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK BRACKET

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
