The video signal from the rear television camera assembly is transmitted to the radio and display assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND DISPLAY ASSEMBLY - REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the F125 radio and display assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the P9 rear television camera assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F125-24 (V-) - P9-2 (CV-) Always Below 1 Ω
      F125-12 (V+) - P9-3 (CV+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F125-23 (CGND) - P9-5 (CGND) Always Below 1 Ω
      F125-11 (CA+) - P9-6 (CB+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F125-24 (V-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F125-12 (V+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F125-23 (CGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F125-11 (CA+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  2. CHECK RADIO AND DISPLAY ASSEMBLY


    1. Reconnect the radio and display assembly connector.

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Ignition switch ON

      Shift lever in R

      		 5.5 to 7.05 V

  3. CHECK REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY


    1. Reconnect the rear television camera assembly connector.

    2. Check the waveform of the rear television camera assembly using an oscilloscope.

      Tech Tips

      A waterproof connector is used for the rear television camera assembly. Therefore, inspect the waveform at the radio and display assembly with the connector connected.
