RADIO ANTENNA CORD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE STEREO OPENING COVER WITH BRACKET (w/o Radio Receiver)

  3. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Radio Receiver)

  4. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0048ZGE04
      *1 for LHD:
      *2 for RHD:

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt.

    3. Using a clip remover, disengage the 3 clamps.

      *1 for LHD:
      *2 for RHD:

      Using a clip remover, disengage the 2 clamps and remove the antenna cord.

  5. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY (for TMMF Made 3 Door)

  6. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY (for TMMF Made 5 Door)

    Click here

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Glass Roof)


    1. Remove the 12 pieces of tape.

    2. Remove the antenna cord from the roof headlining.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Glass Roof)


    1. Remove the 12 pieces of tape.

    2. Remove the antenna cord from the clamp of the rear side rail spacer.
