DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when items controlled by the main body ECU cannot be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.

    The main body ECU controls the items for the following systems that are customizable via the multi-display screen:

  • Wireless door lock control system (w/ Entry and Start System)

  • Wireless door lock control system (w/o Entry and Start System)

  • Lighting system (for Interior)

  • Lighting system (for Exterior)

  1. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Use the GTS to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally Click here.

  2. CHECK WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Entry and Start System)


    1. Check if the wireless door lock control system (w/ Entry and Start System) is malfunctioning Click here.

      Tech Tips

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the power door lock control system.

      OK
      No malfunctions are present in the power door lock control system.

  6. CHECK CUSTOMIZE ITEMS


    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for each main body ECU related system.

      These items shown as customizable via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the GTS. In a following step, the GTS will be used.


      1. To match-up the items in the multi-display with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the wireless door lock control system (w/ Entry and Start System) related items that can be customized via the multi-display screen Click here.

      2. To match-up the items in the multi-display with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the wireless door lock control system (w/o Entry and Start System) related items that can be customized via the multi-display screen Click here.

      3. To match-up the items in the multi-display with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the lighting system (for Interior) related items that can be customized via the multi-display screen Click here.

      4. To match-up the items in the multi-display with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the lighting system (for Exterior) related items that can be customized via the multi-display screen Click here.

    3. Using the GTS, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the customize parameters that are available for customization via the multi-display screen.
