PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

      1. Disconnect the F107 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. for TMMF Made


      1. Disconnect the F45 radio receiver assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      for TMC Made
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F107-7 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      for TMMF Made
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F45-7 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      for TMC Made
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F107-4 (+B1) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
      F107-3 (ACC1) - Body ground Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V
      for TMMF Made
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F45-4 (+B1) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
      F45-3 (ACC1) - Body ground Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V
