  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR WINDOW FRAME REAR MOULDING


    1. Using an infrared light, heat the front door window frame rear moulding.

      CAUTION:

      Do not burn yourself with the heated front door panel or infrared light.

      Note

      Remove any tape remaining on the front door panel.

      Tech Tips

      Heat at 40 to 60°C (104 to 140°F) for 3 to 5 minutes.

      *1 Double-sided tape

      Pull out the front door window frame rear moulding with the door closed, and then remove the front door window frame rear moulding while peeling off the double-sided adhesive tape.
