FRONT STABILIZER BAR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BUSH

      Install the front No. 1 stabilizer bar bush onto the front stabilizer bar.

      Tech Tips


      • Install the front No. 1 stabilizer bar bush onto the front stabilizer bar so that the bush stopper of the front stabilizer bar faces the outside of the vehicle.

      • Install the front No. 1 stabilizer bar bush with its cutout facing the front of the vehicle.

  2. INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER BAR (for TMC Made)

      Install the front stabilizer bar onto the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly with the paint mark on the left side of the vehicle.

  3. INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER BAR (for TMMF Made)


    1. Install the front stabilizer bar onto the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly.

  4. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BRACKET LH


    1. B0047L5E01

      Provisionally tighten bolt A.

    2. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque, in the order of B then A.

      Torque:
      47 N*m  { 479 kgf*cm, 35 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side as for the LH side.
