OIL PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

   INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SENSOR

   
   

   1. Apply Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE to a new O-ring of the oil pressure sensor.

      Note:

      If reusing the oil pressure sensor, check that the O-ring is not damaged.

   2. 

      *a	Torque Wrench Fulcrum Length

      Using SST, install the oil pressure sensor to the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

      09326-22011

      Specified Tightening Torque
      20.6 N*m	210 kgf*cm	15 ft.*lbf

      Tip:
      

      • Calculate the torque wrench reading when changing the fulcrum length of the torque wrench.

        Click here

      • When using SST (fulcrum length of 50 mm (1.97 in.)) + torque wrench (fulcrum length of 162 mm (6.38 in.)): 15.7 N*m (160 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf)

   3. Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.

   INSPECT FOR CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID LEAK

   INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

   Click here

4. Click here

   INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH

   103 N*m

   1050 kgf*cm

   76 ft.*lbf
