OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

    Click here

  2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  3. DRAIN CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

    Click here

  4. DISCONNECT WATER INLET HOSE


    1. A0049ZD

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the water inlet hose from the transmission oil cooler.

  5. DISCONNECT HEATER WATER HOSE INLET A


    1. A004BGL

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the heater water hose inlet A from the transmission oil cooler.

  6. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER


    1. A004AXU

      Remove the 3 bolts and transmission oil cooler from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

    2. Remove the 2 O-rings from the transmission oil cooler.
