TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE(for TMMF Made) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the transmission control cable assembly with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:

      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

   2.

      *2	Transmission Control Cable Support

      Pass the transmission control cable assembly under the transmission control cable support.

      Note

      Do not pass the transmission control cable assembly between the transmission control cable support and dash panel.

   3. Install the 2 cables to the control cable bracket with 2 new clips.

   4. Connect the 2 cables to the transaxle with the 2 clips.

3. ADJUST TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX

5. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR

   Click here

6. INSTALL EXHAUST PIPE

   Click here

7. INSTALL BATTERY CARRIER

   Click here

8. INSTALL BATTERY TRAY

9. INSTALL BATTERY

   Click here

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:

    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

11. INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK
