CLUTCH ACTUATOR(for EC65A) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH STROKE SENSOR


    1. Apply MP grease to a new O-ring.

    2. Install the O-ring to the clutch stroke sensor.

      *b Sensor Arm (Actuator Side)

      Set the clutch stroke sensor so that the sensor side and the actuator side sensor arms are in the positions shown in the illustration.

    4. A01VLHD

      Turn the clutch stroke sensor clockwise and fix it with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 17 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE


    1. A01VEUF

      Install the clutch reservoir tube to the clutch actuator assembly with the clip.

  3. INSTALL CLUTCH ACTUATOR RESERVOIR


    1. A01VDSY

      Install the clutch actuator reservoir to the clutch actuator assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 152 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the clutch reservoir tube to the clutch actuator reservoir with the clip.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

      Install the No. 2 clutch reservoir tube to the clutch actuator reservoir.
