CLUTCH ACTUATOR(for EC65A) REMOVAL

Note


  • If the clutch actuator assembly is removed from the multi-mode manual transaxle assembly, perform Learning of Multi-mode Manual Transaxle System.

  • When Learning of Multi-mode Manual Transaxle System is performed, the clutch disc assembly and clutch cover assembly have to be replaced as a set.

PROCEDURE

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE AIR CLEANER BRACKET

    Click here

  6. DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS

      Disconnect the 2 connectors and disengage the 2 wire harness clamps.

  7. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

      Remove the bolt and the wire harness clamp bracket from the clutch actuator assembly.

  8. REMOVE BLEEDER CLUTCH RELEASE TUBE


    1. A01VJZQ

      Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), remove the bleeder clutch release tube.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VDQG

      Remove the 3 bolts and the clutch actuator assembly from the No. 1 clutch actuator bracket.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH ACTUATOR BRACKET

      Remove the bolt and the wire harness clamp bracket from the No. 1 clutch actuator bracket.

    2. A01VLJP

      Remove the 4 bolts and the No. 1 clutch actuator bracket from the manual transaxle assembly.
