CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR(for EC65) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the clutch accumulator assembly to the manual transaxle assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:

      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

2. INSTALL BLEEDER TO ACCUMULATOR TUBE

   
   

   1. Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), install the bleeder to accumulator tube.

      Torque:

      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench Click here.

   2. Install the tube clamp to the clutch accumulator assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:

      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

3. INSTALL CLUTCH FLEXIBLE HOSE BRACKET

   
   

   1. Install the clutch flexible hose bracket to the clutch accumulator assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:

      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

4. INSTALL CLUTCH HOSE

   
   

   1. Install the clutch hose to the clutch flexible hose bracket with a new clip.

5. INSTALL ACCUMULATOR TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

   
   

   1. Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), install the accumulator to flexible hose tube.

      Torque:

      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

6. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID

7. BLEED CLUTCH LINE

8. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK

9. INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL

10. INSTALL AIR CLEANER BRACKET

    Click here

11. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

12. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY
