CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR(for EC65) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER BRACKET

    Click here

  5. REMOVE ACCUMULATOR TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

      Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), remove the accumulator to flexible hose tube.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

  6. SEPARATE CLUTCH HOSE


    1. A01VGUJ

      Remove the clip and separate the clutch hose from the clutch flexible hose bracket.

  7. REMOVE CLUTCH FLEXIBLE HOSE BRACKET


    1. A01VHET

      Remove the bolt and the clutch flexible hose bracket from the clutch accumulator assembly.

  8. REMOVE BLEEDER TO ACCUMULATOR TUBE


    1. A01VHZK

      Remove the bolt and separate the tube clamp from the clutch accumulator assembly.

    2. Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), remove the bleeder to accumulator tube.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 bolts and the clutch accumulator assembly from the manual transaxle assembly.
