CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER(for C551) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the clutch release cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      for TMC Made
      12 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
      for TMMF Made
      14 N*m  { 141 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }
  2. CONNECT CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE


    1. Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), connect the clutch release cylinder to flexible hose tube to the clutch release cylinder assembly.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER HEAT INSULATOR


    1. Install the release cylinder heat insulator to the clutch release cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
  4. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (for TMC Made)

  5. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (for TMMF Made)

  6. BLEED CLUTCH LINE

    Click here

  7. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK

  8. INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL (for TMC Made)
