Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the GTS on.

When the engine is started with the hood open, the system determines that a jump start is being performed. If the battery has degraded, replace the battery, and then with the ignition switch off, start the engine again after the vehicle hood has been closed to cancel the jump starting judgment.

When the idling stop rate exceeds 40%, turn the ignition switch off and then start the engine again. If NG is still displayed for the Data List item "Oper Permission (Battery)", the battery may be discharged or deteriorated. Check the battery condition and recharge or replace the battery.
