  1. FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION


    1. When the pre-crash safety city sensor detects high temperatures, the LDA indicator in the combination meter assembly illuminates and the system enters a temporary controlled stop (for Segment Display Type).

      When the temperature of the pre-crash safety city sensor is excessively high, operation of the lane departure alert system is temporarily suspended and "LDA not available" is displayed on the multi-information display in the combination meter assembly (for TFT Display Type).

      High front camera temperature detected Pre-crash safety city sensor returns to operational temperature

      When high front camera temperatures are detected, a pre-crash safety system malfunction is also displayed.

    2. for Segment Display Type:

      When a system malfunction is detected, the LDA indicator (yellow) is displayed in the combination meter assembly together with a "pong" sound.

      When a system malfunction is detected, the MIL illuminates, "Check LDA system" is displayed on the multi-information display in the combination meter assembly and the buzzer sounds.
