  1. INSPECT NO. 2 CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    Component without harness connected

    (No. 2 clutch start switch assembly)
    *b 6.5 to 7.5 mm (0.256 to 0.295 in.)

    1. Check the resistance between the terminals when the switch is ON and OFF.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 OFF (released) 10 kΩ or higher
      ON (pushed in) Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 2 clutch start switch assembly.
