If the following conditions are detected while cruise control is in operation, the system clears the stored vehicle speed in the driving support ECU assembly and cancels cruise control.

Under either of the following conditions, cruise control operation is canceled but the stored vehicle speed is maintained:

Push the cruise control main switch to +RES |
| Under the following condition, cruise control operation is canceled and the stored vehicle speed is not maintained:

Push the cruise control main switch to -SET |
