ENGINE OIL COOLER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. Check and clean the oil cooler installation surface.

    2. Install 2 new O-rings and a new oil cooler gasket to the oil filter bracket.

    3. Install the oil cooler with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  2. CONNECT OIL COOLER HOSE

    1. Connect the oil cooler hose.

  3. INSTALL COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY WITH PULLEY (w/ Air Conditioning System)

  4. ADD ENGINE OIL

  5. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

  6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

  7. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK

    Click here

  8. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

  9. INSTALL CENTER ENGINE UNDER COVER
