OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. B0046QWC01
      *1 Oil Pump Relief Valve Plug
      *2 Oil Pump Relief Valve Spring
      *3 Oil Pump Relief Valve

      Using a 27 mm socket wrench, remove the plug.

    2. Remove the valve spring and oil pump relief valve.

  2. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B0046TK

      Remove the 5 bolts and oil pump cover sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the oil pump drive rotor and oil pomp driven rotors from the oil pump body.
