COOLING FAN MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR

   
   

   1. Install the cooling fan motor to the fan shroud with the 3 screws.

      Torque:

      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL FAN

   
   

   1. Install the fan to the cooling fan motor with the nut.

      Torque:

      6.3 N*m  { 64 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }

3. INSTALL FAN WITH MOTOR

   
   

   1. Engage the 3 guides and install the fan with motor to the radiator assembly.

      Note

      Do not damage the radiator assembly, when installing the fan with motor.

   2. Engage the 3 claws.

   3. Engage the clamp to connect the wire harness to the fan shroud.

   4. Connect the cooling fan motor connector.

4. CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

5. CONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the radiator reserve tank hose to the radiator assembly.

6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

8. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

9. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

10. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
