COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  2. DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

    Click here

  3. REMOVE FAN SHROUD


    1. A01VJ5T

      Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector and the wire harness clamp.

    2. A01VENT

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    3. Remove the 2 pawl fittings and the fan shroud.

  4. REMOVE FAN


    1. A01VGFM

      Remove the nut and the fan.

  5. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A01VL9P

      Remove the 3 screws and the cooling fan motor.
