RADIATOR(for Intercooler) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION

   
   

   1. Install the 2 radiator support cushions to the sub-radiator assembly.

2. INSTALL GROMMET

   
   

   1. Install the 2 grommets to the sub-radiator assembly.

3. INSTALL SUB-RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the sub-radiator assembly to the radiator bracket.

4. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR BRACKET

   
   

   1. Install the No. 2 radiator bracket to the sub-radiator assembly.

5. INSTALL AIRBAG SENSOR BRACKET

6. CONNECT NO. 2 SUB-RADIATOR HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 2 sub-radiator hose to the sub-radiator assembly and slide the hose clip to secure it.

7. CONNECT NO. 1 SUB-RADIATOR HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 1 sub-radiator hose to the sub-radiator assembly and slide the hose clip to secure it.

8. ADD COOLANT (for Intercooler)

9. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Intercooler)

10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
