RADIATOR(for Intercooler) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler)

    Click here

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. DISCONNECT NO. 1 SUB-RADIATOR HOSE

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the No. 1 sub-radiator hose from the sub-radiator assembly.

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 2 SUB-RADIATOR HOSE

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the No. 2 sub-radiator hose from the sub-radiator assembly.

  5. REMOVE AIRBAG SENSOR BRACKET

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR BRACKET

      Remove the No. 2 radiator bracket from the sub-radiator assembly.

  7. REMOVE SUB-RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

      Remove the sub-radiator assembly from the radiator bracket.

  8. REMOVE GROMMET


    1. B0046PM

      Remove the 2 grommets from the sub-radiator assembly.

  9. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION

      Remove the 2 radiator support cushions from the sub-radiator assembly.
