WATER PUMP(for Intercooler) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL CHARGE WATER COOLER PUMP

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 5 sub-radiator hose to the charge water cooler pump and slide the hose clip to secure it.

   2. Install the charge water cooler pump to the oil cooler assembly with the 2 holder plates.

   3. Connect the No. 1 sub-radiator hose to the charge water cooler pump and slide the hose clip to secure it.

   4. Connect the charge water cooler pump connector.

2. INSTALL FRONT RADIATOR SIDE AIR GUIDE PLATE RH

3. ADD COOLANT (for Intercooler)

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Intercooler)

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
