EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 2 bolts, to disconnect the tail exhaust pipe assembly from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

   2. Disconnect the exhaust pipe support to remove the tail exhaust pipe assembly from the vehicle.

   3. Remove the No. 2 exhaust pipe gasket from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

   REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CENTER BRACE

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 4 bolts and front floor center brace from the vehicle.

3. Click here

   REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR

   (Click here)

4. Click here

   REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs to disconnect the front exhaust pipe assembly from the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly.

   2. Disconnect the 3 exhaust pipe supports to remove the front exhaust pipe assembly.

   3. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket from the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly.
