PCV VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL PCV VALVE (VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY)


    1. Install the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) to the ventilation system grommet.

  2. CONNECT VENTILATION HOSE ASSEMBLY

      *1 PCV Valve (Ventilation Valve Sub-assembly)
      *2 Ventilation Hose Assembly
      *a 40°
      *b 0 to 2 mm (0 to 0.0787 in.)
      *c 4 to 10 mm (0.157 to 0.394 in.)
      *d Paint Mark
      *e Rear Side of Vehicle
      *f Left Side of Vehicle

      Connect the ventilation hose assembly to the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) and slide the hose clip to secure it.
