EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR

  2. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CENTER BRACE

      Remove the 4 bolts and front floor center brace from the vehicle.

  3. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VJSF

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs to separate the tail exhaust pipe assembly from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. Disconnect the 2 exhaust pipe supports to remove the tail exhaust pipe assembly from the vehicle.

    3. Remove the No. 2 exhaust pipe gasket from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  4. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VIGC

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs to separate the front exhaust pipe assembly from the exhaust manifold.

    2. Disconnect the 3 exhaust pipe supports to remove the front exhaust pipe assembly from the vehicle.

    3. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket from the exhaust manifold.
