VACUUM SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL VACUUM SENSOR (MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR)

   
   

   1. Install the vacuum sensor (manifold absolute pressure sensor) to the intake manifold with the bolt.

      Torque:

      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

      Note

      
      

      • If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace the vacuum sensor (manifold absolute pressure sensor).

      • If reusing the vacuum sensor (manifold absolute pressure sensor), be sure to inspect the O-ring.

      • Make sure that the O-ring is not damaged or does not jump out of position during installation.

   2. Connect the vacuum sensor (manifold absolute pressure sensor) connector.

6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK
