EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VIVM

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs and separate the tail exhaust pipe assembly from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. Disconnect the 2 exhaust pipe supports and remove the tail exhaust pipe assembly.

    3. Remove the No. 2 exhaust pipe gasket from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  2. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CENTER BRACE

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR

  4. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VFCV

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs and remove the front exhaust pipe assembly from the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly.

    2. Disconnect the 3 exhaust pipe supports and remove the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    3. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket from the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly.
