DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

    Click here

  2. REMOVE FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

    Click here

  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL (for LHD)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL (for RHD)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH (for LHD)

    Click here

  6. REMOVE FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  7. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP TO COWL BRACE (for LHD)

    Click here

  8. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP TO COWL BRACE (for RHD)

    Click here

  9. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL (for LHD)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL (for RHD)

    Click here

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 WIRING HARNESS HEAT INSULATOR

      Disengage the 2 snap fasteners and peel back the No. 1 wiring harness insulator.

    2. A01VJK4

      Separate the air fuel ratio sensor (sensor 1) wire from the wiring harness clamp bracket.

    3. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor (sensor 1) connector.

    4. Separate the air fuel ratio sensor (sensor 2) wire from the wiring harness clamp bracket.

    5. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor (sensor 2) connector.

    6. Disengage the clamp to separate the exhaust gas temperature sensor (sensor 1) wire from the wiring harness clamp bracket.

    7. Disengage the clamp to separate the engine wire from the wiring harness clamp bracket.

    8. Disconnect the exhaust gas temperature sensor (sensor 1) connector.

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 1 wiring harness heat insulator from the wiring harness clamp bracket.

  12. REMOVE WIRING HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET


    1. A01VHQ7

      Remove the 2 bolts and wiring harness clamp bracket from the No. 2 engine cover bracket.

  13. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VEWA

      Disconnect the differential pressure sensor assembly connector.

    2. A01VLJ7

      Disengage the clamp to disconnect the engine wire from the sensor bracket.

    3. A01VITR

      Disengage the snap fastener and peel back the No. 2 wiring harness heat insulator.

    4. A01VM6J

      Disengage the guide to remove the No. 2 wiring harness heat insulator from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

    5. A01VK8E

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the No. 1 vacuum transmitting hose assembly from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

    6. A01VK9W

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the No. 2 vacuum transmitting hose assembly from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

    7. A01VET9

      Remove the bolt and differential pressure sensor assembly from the sensor bracket.
