EGR VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

  2. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01VKGR

      Disconnect the connector from the EGR valve assembly.

    2. A01VEGP

      Disconnect the water by-pass hose from the EGR valve assembly.

    3. A01VH6N

      Rotate the EGR valve to avoid contact with the delivery pipe, and remove the EGR valve.

    4. Remove the EGR valve gasket from the cylinder head assembly.
