Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing a fuel pump.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP


    1. B0047KGC01
      *1 O-ring
      *2 Fuel Pump Spacer

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring. Then install the O-ring and fuel pump spacer to the fuel pump.

    2. B0047AI

      Connect the connector of the fuel pump harness.

    3. B00456A

      Engage the 5 claws and install the fuel pump to the fuel filter.

    4. B004730

      Engage the 4 claws and install the No. 1 fuel suction support and fuel pump with fuel filter to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

    5. B00471M

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the fuel tube to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

    6. B0046NY

      Connect the connector of the fuel pump harness to the fuel suction plate sub-assembly.
