PROCEDURE
INSTALL FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY

Engage the claw and install the fuel filter assembly to the No. 1 fuel filter protector.
Install the drain screw to the fuel filter assembly.
INSTALL FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY WITH SUPPORT

Insert in a tilting condition |
Install the fuel filter assembly with support with the bolt.
Note
Insert in a tilting condition without interfering with the parts around.
Be careful not to damage the connector for water level sensor and ports of fuel filter at installation of and ports of fuel filter at installation of filter assembly. Because the connector is fragile.
Connect the fuel sedimenter connector to the fuel filter assembly.

Connect the fuel tank to canister tube fuel hose to the fuel filter assembly and lock them by pushing in the retainers.
Note
Match the axis of the connector with axis of the pipe, and push into the connector until retainer makes a click sound.
Check that there are no scratches or foreign objects on the connecting part.
Check that the fuel tank to canister tube fuel hose is inserted securely.
After installing the retainer, check that the fuel tank to canister tube fuel hose is securely connected by pulling on it.

Connect the No. 2 fuel pipe sub-assembly to the fuel filter assembly.

Connect the fuel hose to the fuel filter assembly.

Connect the No. 2 fuel hose to the fuel filter assembly.

INSTALL FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH (for LHD)
INSTALL FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH (for RHD)
INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL (for LHD)
INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL (for RHD)
INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK
BLEED AIR FROM FUEL SYSTEM
INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK
