PROCEDURE
INSTALL TIMING CHAIN COVER OIL SEAL
Apply MP grease to the lip of a new timing chain cover oil seal.
Note
Keep the lip free from foreign matter.
Using SST, tap in the timing chain cover oil seal until its surface is flush with the timing chain cover assembly.

Note
Do not tap in the timing chain cover oil seal at an angle.
Wipe off any excess grease from the crankshaft.
INSTALL CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

| *d | Turn |
Align the crankshaft straight pin with the key groove of the crankshaft pulley, and then set the crankshaft pulley to the crankshaft.
Temporarily tighten the crankshaft pulley set bolt.
Using SST, hold the crankshaft pulley and fully tighten the crankshaft pulley set bolt.
INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK
INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH
