PROCEDURE

   REPLACE STRAIGHT PIN

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 9 straight pins indicated in the illustration from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

   2. 

      Using a plastic-faced hammer, tap in 9 new straight pins.

   REPLACE STUD BOLT

   
   
   1. 

      Using "TORX" socket wrench E6, remove the 2 stud bolts.

   2. 

      Using "TORX" socket wrench E6, Install the 2 stud bolts.

      6.0 N*m

      61 kgf*cm

      53 in.*lbf
