CYLINDER BLOCK(w/ DPF) REPLACEMENT

PROCEDURE


  1. REPLACE STRAIGHT PIN


    1. Remove the 9 straight pins indicated in the illustration from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

      *e LH Side - -

    2. Using a plastic hammer, tap in 9 new straight pins.

  2. REPLACE STUD BOLT


    1. A01VDRF

      Using "TORX" socket wrench E6, remove the 2 stud bolts from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

    2. A01VDRF

      Using "TORX" socket wrench E6, Install the 2 stud bolts to the cylinder block sub-assembly.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }
