PROCEDURE
INSTALL TIMING CHAIN COVER OIL SEAL
Apply MP grease to a new oil seal lip.
Using SST and a hammer, tap in the new oil seal until its surface is flush with the timing chain cover edge.

Note
Keep the lip free from foreign matter.
Do not tap the oil seal at an angle.
INSTALL CRANKSHAFT DAMPER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Align the key with the key groove of the crankshaft damper, and slide the crankshaft damper to the crankshaft.

Using SST, secure the crankshaft damper.
Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
INSTALL ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
Set the engine mounting insulator RH onto the vehicle and engine mouthing bracket.
Install the 2 stud bolts to the engine mouthing bracket.
Temporarily tighten the engine mounting insulator RH with the 4 bolts and 3 nuts.
Fully tighten the 3 bolts to the body, in the order shown in the illustration.
Fully tighten the bolt and 3 nuts to the engine.
Install the engine mounting stay with the 2 bolts.
INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
INSPECT FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK BRACKET
INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
CONNECT UNION TO CONNECTOR TUBE HOSE
INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER
INSTALL OIL PAN COVER
INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
INSTALL CENTER ENGINE UNDER COVER
INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH
