ENGINE UNIT(w/ DPF) REPLACEMENT

PROCEDURE

1. REPLACE STUD BOLT

   
   

   1. Using an E6 and E8 "TORX" socket wrenches, remove the 4 stud bolts from the oil pan sub-assembly.

      LH Side

   2. Using "TORX" socket wrenches E6 and E8, install the 4 stud bolts to the oil pan sub-assembly.

      

      Torque:

      Stud bolt A

      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

      Stud bolt B

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }
