PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE VALVE

    A01VHPWE01

    1. Using SST, remove the intake and exhaust valve spring retainer locks, valve spring retainer and compression spring.

      SST
      09202-70020   ( 09202-00010 )

      Note

      Arrange the removed parts for each cylinder in order.

    2. A01VJ86

      Remove the intake and exhaust valves.

      Note

      Arrange the removed parts for each cylinder in order.

  2. REMOVE VALVE STEM OIL SEAL

      *1 Needle-Nose Pliers

      Using needle-nose pliers, remove the valve stem oil seals.

  3. REMOVE VALVE SPRING SEAT

      *1 Magnet Hand
      *a Compressed Air

      Using compressed air and a magnet hand, remove the valve spring seats by blowing air onto them.

  4. REMOVE CYLINDER HEAD OIL ORIFICE

    1. Remove the cylinder head oil orifice.
