   REMOVE MANUAL TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY

   REMOVE CLUTCH COVER ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. Click here

   REMOVE CLUTCH DISC ASSEMBLY

   Click here

4. Click here

   REMOVE FLYWHEEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Using SST, hold the crankshaft pulley.

      09960-10010

      09962-01000

      09963-01000

   2. 

      Remove the 6 bolts and flywheel sub-assembly from the crankshaft.

5. Click here

   REMOVE ENGINE REAR OIL SEAL

   
   

   1. Using a knife, cut off the engine rear oil seal lip.

   2. 

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, pry out the engine rear oil seal from the engine rear oil seal retainer.

      Note:

      After the removal, check the crankshaft for damage. If it is damaged, smooth the surface with 400-grit sandpaper.
