PROCEDURE
INSTALL TIMING CHAIN COVER OIL SEAL
Apply engine oil to the lip of a new timing chain cover oil seal.
Note
Keep the lip free from foreign matter.
Using SST and a hammer, tap in the timing chain cover oil seal to the timing chain cover sub-assembly.

Note
Do not tap the timing chain cover oil seal at an angle.
Wipe off extra engine oil from the crankshaft.
INSTALL CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

| *d | Turn |
Align the pulley set key with the key groove of the crankshaft pulley.
Temporarily install the pulley set bolt.
Using SST, hold the crankshaft pulley in place and tighten the pulley set bolt.
INSTALL OIL FILTER BRACKET
Install a new oil filter bracket gasket to the timing chain cover sub-assembly.
Install the oil filter bracket to the timing chain cover sub-assembly with the 3 bolts.
INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK
INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH
