DRIVE BELT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH


    1. Remove the 2 bolts, 3 screws and engine under cover RH from the vehicle.

  2. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

    *a 4 mm Hexagon Wrench

    1. Rotate the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise to align the 2 holes, and then insert a 4 mm hexagon wrench into both holes to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.

    2. Remove the fan and generator V belt from each pulley.
