PROCEDURE

   INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

   Tip:

   Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after replacing the engine coolant temperature sensor.

      Using SST, install a new gasket and engine coolant temperature sensor to the cylinder head sub-assembly.

      14 ft.*lbf

      Note:

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace the engine coolant temperature sensor.

   2. Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

   INSTALL BATTERY

   Click here

4. Click here

   CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   5.4 N*m

   55 kgf*cm

   48 in.*lbf

   Note:

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

   ADD ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

6. Click here

   INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

   PERFORM INITIALIZATION
