ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

   2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

   3. Turn the GTS on.

   4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / Accel Sensor Out No. 1 and Accel Sensor Out No. 2.

   5. Read the values displayed on the GTS.

      GTS Display	Condition	Specified Condition
      Accel Sensor Out No. 1	Accelerator pedal fully released	0.75 to 0.85 V
      	Accelerator pedal fully depressed	3.7 to 3.8 V
      Accel Sensor Out No. 2	Accelerator pedal fully released	1.55 to 1.65 V
      	Accelerator pedal fully depressed	4.5 to 4.6 V
