  1. INSPECT AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR


    1. Check the resistance.

        (Air Fuel Ratio Sensor)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        5 (HAF2) - 2 (+B) 20°C (68°F) 2.7 to 3.3 Ω
        5 (HAF2) - 4 (AF2+) Always 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the air fuel ratio sensor.
